I went in looking to test drive a used Mazda CX-30. I thought it was the perfect vehicle for my needs, but realized it wasn't when my dog's crate did not fit in the rear passenger doors. Nissan Kanata had a couple of additional vehicle suggestions based on my requirements and were accommodating while I tested the dog crate fit and test drove another vehicle around closing time. I was helped by Riley, who knew the area and guided me well during the test drives. They were not pushy when I left to investigate my options, and they also kept me updated on other potential options based on my criteria while I was still on the lookout for a new-to-me vehicle. Overall, a positive experience.

Very pleased with my experience at this dealership! The atmosphere inside is very welcoming, clean, and professional. Trevor, the sales representative I had, was absolutely great throughout the process of leasing my Nissan Sentra.
