What we know about 2023 Nissan Rogue so far

What we know about 2023 Nissan Rogue so far

Being one of the most successful selling SUVs in its class, the 2023 Nissan Rogue will outperform its competitors giving its drivers many features and value for their money once more. The Rogue’s intuitive and easy-to-use driver aids are one of the reasons this compact crossover has done so well. Another factor for its success is the Rogue’s ability to offer massive and versatile storage. The new Rogue will also offer two-wheel or four-wheel drive. Another feature we know the Rogue will have is a four-cylinder engine.

Trims and Pricing

Trims-and-Pricing

Although the manufacturer hasn’t released the trim levels to date, it’s expected that the Rogue will be available in at least three trim levels. The S, the SV, and the SL. The starting price is estimated to be between $25,000 to $30,000.

It’s also rumoured that Nissan won’t be producing a third-line Rogue in 2023. The company has confirmed that they’ll produce a more compact Sport version.

Performance and Engine

Performance-and-Engine

We’re likely to see the continuation of the 2.5-litre gasoline four-cylinder engine. This engine has a maximum output capacity of 181 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque. You’ll get an estimated 11.5km/L in the city and 14.9km/L on the highway.

Interior and Exterior

Interior-and-Exterior

Teazers seen lately include the 2023 Nissan Rogue having an updated, more sleek-looking front end, a much more noticeable grille, and boomerang-shaped LED headlights. Overall a more dramatic and appealing new look. A sharper exterior design will promise more advanced upgrades in the cabin. Nissan is starting to push into the luxury market by introducing more comfort and luxury features into their cars.

We expect the 2023 Rogue to follow suit with more expensive materials like Nappa leather embroidered seats with diamond designs to be an option for shoppers. New tech upgrades are rumoured to include massaging front seats and smartphone wireless charging capabilities. Nissan’s signature NissanConnect infotainment system will be included in the upgraded tech with a 22.86cm touchscreen. There’ll also be another 31.24cm instrument cluster that’ll replace the current analog cluster. Music lovers will also be pleased to know that the 2023 Rogue will have a Bose 10-speaker sound system.

Safety

We anticipate that Nissan will keep the current safety tech in the vehicle going into 2023. The long list of safety standard safety features in the current Rogue model played a huge part in the Rogue SUVs flying off dealerships’ shelves in 2022. Automatic emergency braking, a system that detects pedestrians, and active lane control are just some of the safety driver aids we expect to return in the 2023 Rogue.
